Speed Reading Course

I’ve been getting into this HD video thing want to buy a mac but don’t know which one. need a video mentor.

I’ve been thinking about purchasing a mac g5 but don’t know what kinda specs I should get with it. I know I’ll need a lot of ram and storage but as I read through the buy me adds from e-bay through craigs-list, it’s like buying ham at super market, what the hell do I want. My video cam is the JVC GZ-HD7U. I’m shooting everything I can get my eyes on, from the loco street racings to northern california under the canopy of the red wood forest. I want to do video documentaries. This of course is a begining hobbie and having worked with other poor mans video programs I want power, speed, and of course that storage problem. Please any video mac guru’s out there, I need a mentor.

I use iMovie ’08… after you shoot, you’ll have to do some work to get it into final cut pro.

But iMovie ’08 is a great simple program for editing movies.

I use a dual processor g5, it works great with my JVC minidv cam,
