is this hard disc sata or ide please help?

Im about to install xp on a pc that has ubuntu on it at the moment i read somewhere that it makes a difference what hard disc you have i think it said sata or ide ive copied the spec below but it doesnt mean a lot to me could somebody tell me which type it is,and are you asked what type of hard disc you have during xp installation

It said IDE on a the Interfaces/Ports section.

There for it is an IDE hard drive, also the form factor shows that it is for a desktop.
