Is PPC Loophole a Scam? From the name it suggests, it does sound like a scam. However, don’t be fooled by the name because it’s nothing to do with any black-hat method that will get your account banned. I don’t know why the creator (Jay Stockwell) uses the word ‘loophole’, but I can assure you that all the strategies and techniques taught in this program are 100% ‘white-hat’ and legit.

The Pay-Per-Click or PPC system (particularly Google Adwords) is perhaps the most powerful online advertising platform on earth.
