speed reading machine

Is it possible when we’re running on the speed of light, everything will runs so slow?
I was reading a book that show the “when we’re running on the speed of light, everything runs so slow…” text only. There’s no description on it. I need some logical reasons that proof the answers.
And I was wondering for Time Machine. If the time running in slow motion while we’re in the speed of light, it’s proof that Time Machine is possible to be built.
Please just don’t copy paste the text from the resource. I’ll appreciate any answers made by you. Best answers = 5 Stars (*****) =]
First off, you have to understand that a speed has to be measured relative to something else. For any speed less than the speed of light, you could choose a reference frame in which we are moving at that speed, and therefore our clocks run slow relative to a clock in that reference frame.
However, there is no meaningful reference frame that actually travels at the speed of light because lengths contract down to nothing and time stops. It is impossible for a massive object (like a person) to travel at the speed of light relative to anything because it would take infinite energy to do so.
As for your time machine question, yes something like that is theoretically feasible if not practically possible. If you could travel at a significant fraction of the speed of light relative to the earth, your clock would run slow relative to ones on earth. If you went on a long journey and came back, you’d find that more time had passed on earth than for you. All your friends would be older than you. While not practical on a big scale, this happens on a microscopic scale all the time. Cosmic rays produce muons which live much longer than the ones we make in the lab because they are going so fast.
But this trick only lets you go fast-forward in time. There is no proven way to go back. There are some odd ideas about possibilities to do so, but nothing that’s even conceptually solid.
