speed reading games online

Download speed issue…..help please!?
I have a BSNL broadband connection and am using unlimited home plan (Rs. 750/mth). I get a maximum download speed of 35kbps. First i was under the impression that thats the maximum speed i could get. Untill i recieved a scratch-card along with my monthly bill of “30 days free online gaming”. And behind that card, it read ‘download games at full speed’, so, just to check the speed, i logged in and started a game download. The games download at a speed of 200 – 300kbps. Thats i knew that the ISP was limiting my download speed.
Is it possible to disable the download speed limit set by BSNL?(without changing the plan) …..and how?.
Thanks in advance.
download speed depends on bandwidth. if they limiting bandwidth then download speed will also decrease. so you can’t do anything. but what’s your access speed? 256KBPS? you’d make it confirm. search for netmeter software. its free and show everything regarding internet speed. else you can buy BSNL EV-DO @ Rs.4192/+-
monthly charge Rs.500/ unlimited download. downlink speed 2.4MBPS. ask local BSNL exchange for details.

Developing Speed for Football (DVD) $39.99 With John Dettmann,University of Wisconsin Director of Strength Training and ConditioningDuring his tenure at the University of Wisconsin, John Dettmann’s efforts have played a part in nine bowl games and three Big Ten titles. Strength and speed has played a major role in consistent success the Badgers have enjoyed. Coach Dettmann has put special emphasis into developing and manipulating speed. He is convinced that this program can add speed to any player regardless of position. The warm-up exercises include a dynamic lap, leg swings, runner stretch, and toe taps. Coach Dettmann believes in designing programs for the majority, not the minority. This philosophy guarantees the biggest impact on the greatest number of athletes. To develop increased speed, several excellent drills are displayed. Drills include Fast Hips, High Knee Fast Tempo, Quick Feet, Foot Fire and Seated Fast Arm drill. By using small hurdles, coaches teach the non-dominant side to be as efficient as the dominant side. Athletes improve because technique progresses from easy to complicated drills. Starting quickly is taught and enhanced by the Incline Starting drill, the Pit Start, Assisted Starts, and the Bullet Belt Start. Developing power through jumping is also a big part of Wisconsin’s philosophy. The double leg jump for distance, double leg jump with small hurdles, double leg hops for heights, power skips and box jumps make up the power segment of the workout. Speed conditioning includes the tempo run, contrast speed with uphill resisted sprints and weighted vest sprint. This program gives any coach an advantage by developing speed throughout his program. The proof is in the results. Coach Dettmann’s magic has turned 2nd or 3rd round draft picks into solid first- rounders. Players and coaches will immediately buy into this speed manipulation program and yield results on the field. 50 minutes. 2006. |

Bruce Weber: Competitive Games and Drills for Transition Basketball (DVD) $39.99 With Bruce Weber,University of Illinois Head Coach;2005 NCAA Runner-UpCoach Weber begins by differentiating between a “run and gun” and “run and score” mentality. He sees the offensive transition game as a way to ease the pressure off your half court offense to manufacture points. Weber starts with basic one-on-one drills and then builds into more game-like situation. He places an emphasis on defensive transition early in the season because other team’s offenses are not fully developed. When teaching the fast break, there are four main focus areas: warm-up, primary drills, early offense and competitive play. Without a numbers advantage, he teaches the “transition motion” game, which flows right into half court offense. Drills include three-man fast break, 5-0 conditioning, speed lay-ups, three-man weave, 3-on-3 transition defense drill and 3-on-3 box out and transition. The 20-point game is Weber’s favorite competitive drill. This is a full court 3-on-3 drill that also serves as a great conditioner. 75 minutes. 2007. |
