The voice-over promised that you could whiz through huge books in just minutes AND comprehend it all. They showed a hand literally skimming through each page.
It was insane. Looking back at it now, it was obviously a big, fat scam. (kinda like Head-On is now) But as kids, we’d see that ad & go ‘Wow!”
I remember the Evelyn Wood Sped Reeding courses from Cheech and Chong!!!! LOL…
