Which CPU temprature is right?

i am using many applications to read my current CPU temperatures including speed fan, Everest, core temp and Intel Thermal Analysis. However all of them show the same temperatures except Intel Thermal Analysis. ITA always shows -13/-15 degrees Celsius below the other applications. My CPU at default 2.33Ghz speed goes up to 74′C on all the applications except for ITA which reports temps about 58′C at 100 percent load. Now i don’t know which one is right and it worries me if my CPU runs at 74′C on maximum load as im planning to overclock it soon. Does anyone know which app i should trust?

My PC Spec:
MSI G33M Mobo inside Antec Sonata III case with 500W power
Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 @ 2.33Ghz with Scythe mini ninja cooler
4GB RAM
320GB HD
GeForce 8800GT
Windows Vista Premium 32bit
coretemp shows same thing as speedfan and everest at about 74′C in maximum load (tj. max is 100′C)

You have tried a lot of programs, but try coretemp. Coretemp was made to detect the temps of intel CPUs. Just make sure that in the box where it says Tj max, that is is 100 C. If not, add or subtract the temp to 100C in order to get the correct temperature.
