Speed Reading Course

I am not able to read PDF files as the acrobat reader is not installed on my PC.Please help me how to install.

I am using a windows XP Tecra8000 Laptop.Internet connection is through my Mobile and the speed is also slow.Please guide me step-by-step how to download acrobat reader and from which site is it free.
I have tried to download in the past also but was unsuccessful.
