do speed reading programs work
Anyone into speed reading?
I just started this crazy program of reading thousands of words per minute and I have made progress in the three days I have doubled my speed!
Only my eyes are hurting!?
Does anyone know what happens if I continued in the program?
I am feeling afraid that my eyesight might deteriorate, but I am into this now! And dont feel like giving up unless I know for sure that there are risks! (well unless I feel worse then today I think I will continue!)
Any advice? anyone who knows about this issue?
there are no risks, your muscles are just sore. kind of like a workout for your eyes, just do the program in moderation if possible, you should be fine.
